Yoga Filter!

Dear readers, I am offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to join my Yoga filter! This is to spare those who could care beans or less about my personal yoga practice, nuances of teacher training, the finer points of yogic philosophy, etc...
Of course, I still reserve the right to talk about yoga to the masses whenever I please. Unfortunately, you'll just have to deal with that.
Kindly leave a comment if you would like to opt in. I won't be offended if you opt out, I promise!

Date: 2010-09-24 06:07 am (UTC)I much prefer classes to DVDs, and I am not practiced enough to do without any guidance whatsoever :) Do you have a preference or recommendation in terms of which is better: consistently using the same DVD, or switching between several? Does it matter?

There was a time when I did the MTV Yoga DVD every day for ... uh ... an embarrassingly long time! It's actually really good! The more you practice, the more you'll get to know what feels good to you when and it will all work out. Whatever gets you to practice is good, I think!
